StitchFix #10 Review - How To Get The Most From Your StitchFix

Today, I'm reviewing my 10th StitchFix box. So I've been ordering these boxes of surprises every month for almost a year, and I'm still loving it!

What is it?

StitchFix is an online styling service for women. You sign up and fill out a profile. The more information you give, the better your Fixes will be. I gave them a bunch of pros and cons on my profile, so they know what to send me and what not to. Boxes are $20 and you can get them as often or not as you want. That $20 goes towards your purchase of any items in the box and shipping is free both ways. You can keep 1, 2, or 5 items from each box (for a total of five items sent). If you keep all five, you get a 25% discount off the clothes. If you have a friend sign up with your referral link, you also get a $25 credit. Yay!

My StitchFix

I wanted something I could wear for my bridal shower. So a dress, preferably, not too dressy (like date night), but cute and white. I asked for a white semi-formal dress. Amber styled me again and she did pretty darn good. I sent back two items. See below on why.

Here are the five items I received in March!

#1 Nadia Ponte Pencil Skirt 98: I love that this skirt was stretchy and very professional looking, but it was thin and see through as well as rather pricey, so I sent it back.

#2 Aimes Crochet Belted Fit and Flare Dress 58: This dress is super cute, has an awesome crochet pattern, and a cute belt to boot! I kept it, and I wore it for my bridal shower. Perfect!

#3 Sheila Bead Collar Detail Dress 78: This dress looked a little weird when I took it out of the box, but I ended up loving it. I got a TON of compliments on it when I wore it to work. It fits right and has a cute pattern and color. Keep!

#4 Paloma Back Cutout Jersey Top 54: This shirt is so cool. It's a bright blue with neat little buttons on the back and the sleeves made out of wood. I love it. I've worn it like 15 times since I got it. I should probably wash it. Lol! I kept it.

#5 Laila Double Pouch Clutch 38: While inexpensive, this pleather clutch just wasn't my style. It would look awesome with the white skirt and the blue top, to give my outfit some pop, but I just couldn't see myself carrying it anywhere. I think it was the pleather throwing me off. Even a real leather clutch wouldn't be my thing, so I made a new note on my profile for no pleather or leather.

So I kept 3, sent back two. The skirt fit, it was just pricey, and the clutch was a pretty color, but I didn't like the fabric. Still a good deal on the other items, and I wear them all the time. I also learned that my vision of 'semi-formal' isn't the same as my stylist, so I'll be more detailed on future requests.

Thanks StitchFix!

My next Fix is coming in the mail near the end of April, so look out for another review soon. :)

The new models that have came out in every brand have become something of a trending fashion, and to be honest no one would allow something to become popular and a symbol in some way if it wasn't good enough. And this was even said by Gucci and http://www.xthleticclothing.com/ in a few interviews.
Hope I was of help to all.
Cheers.
