After college, Online Media felt like the perfect combination of both technology and entertainment. She has been podcasting since 2008 and is an influencer in consumer technology and internet security. Her expertise include hardware reviews and how-tos, tutorials for network administration and security, Japanese culture, the credit card industry, and software defined radio.
Shannon has hosted TekThing and Threat Wire, independent; Hak5 and HakTip on Revision3, a Discovery Digital Network; SGNL by Sony, Tekzilla and Tekzilla Bites on Revision3; and she worked as a contributor on TWiT.
